Harbour House was fully refurbished by its
English owners in 2004 and now boasts a
modern, fitted kitchen with a full range of
cupboards, washing machine, dishwasher,
full-size cooker, toaster, kettle and plentiful
china and cooking equipment.
The bathroom has a large shower with a
deep tub for bathing children, and there is
plenty of hot water.
The house itself is air-conditioned and of
simple stone construction (with walls
approx. 3ft thick), but its design, including
a large hallway, ensures that the house
feels spacious and airy.
With sea views from every window the
large terrace, with its large circular table
and six reclining chairs, provides panoramic
views of the Bol, the harbour and the sea.
The house is simply but elegantly furnished,
with IKEA rugs on the floors and a blend
of IKEA prints and lovely etchings by local
Croatian artist, Branco Modic displayed on
the walls.
Because of its central position, the open-air
market, supermarket, bakery, chemist and
and post office are moments away from
the house.
Harbourside bars & restaurants are just a
stones throw away, as are the little shops
selling unique island artefacts, jewellery
and beachwear.
The Tourist Office, situated in the Venetian
building, is close by, as is the Diving Centre.
The property is designed so that you
can walk straight in and immediately
feel at home !
Amenities include . .
Air Conditioning, Full-size Cooker,
Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Toaster,
Kettle, Clothes Washer, Ironing Board,
Satellite TV from which you can access
English, French, German and Italian
satellite stations.
