The living accommodation is on the first
and second floors, which is the traditional
design of classical Croatian houses.
The front door is accessed via a stone
staircase inside the main gateway.
Originally a convent, this is a rectangular
house - on the first floor of which is found
a modern shower, two double bedrooms and
a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher,
clothes washer, fridge/freezer and full-size
cooker with oven.
From the kitchen, double doors lead onto a
large, shaded dining terrace which is partly
tiled-hung and partly covered with a muture
kiwi vine. This has a large white table and 8
reclining chairs, a small sink for cleaning
fish and a large electric barbeque.
This is an ideal place for children to play,
although care should be taken with the stone
steps. The second bathroom with WC is also
located at this level, together with a garden
shower.
Back inside the house, stairs lead up from
the hallway outside the kitchen to the TV
room. Although not large, this is furnished
with two sofas (one of which is a sofabed),
and will seat five people. Here you can
access English, French, German and Italian
satelite stations.
From this room a corridor leads to two more
extremely spacious bedrooms. The first has
two large windows and lovely views over
the harbour; the second is a twin-bedded
room and straddles the house, having views
both over the harbour and the garden.
The house is simply, well-furnished
throughout, with fine linen imported from England. There are large,
cream-coloured
IKEA rugs in all of the rooms, together with
large IKEA prints or etchings by the talented
local artist, Branco Modic.
The English owners have tried to make this
house a home-from-home, so guests can
relax & enloy Postira, and the Island of Brac
as much as they do.

Clothes Washer, Disherwasher, Iron and
Ironing Board, Toaster and Kettle, plus
plentiful dishes and cooking utensils.

Plenty of storage, plus a Cot with bedding
are also available.
A large Dining Terrace, and a Sun Terrace
overlooking the sea, with barbeque, totally
enclosed rear garden, 2 bathrooms, smoking allowed and children
are welcome.
